One-stop service station in Fusionopolis
This means the public can be served at one central location for the payment of television and vehicle radio licences.
From today, the one-stop service at the MDA's new office in Fusionopolis means the public can be served at one central location for the payment of television and vehicle radio licences.
There are three e-service kiosks for the application of licences, payment of fees and status enquiries. The submission of film, video and videogames for classification at the new office will commence from November. Until then, industry customers will still have to go to the URA Centre at Maxwell Road. An MDA spokesman says: 'With this move, we strive to ensure efficiencies in MDA's work processes whereby we will maintain our Customer Service standards to walk-in customers within 10 minutes. 'We will be introducing an Online Appointment Service for customers who wish to meet our customer service officers at an appointed time if they need more advice regarding their TV licence or payment matters.' The Online Appointment Service will be available from October via the MDA Online website at https://mdaonline.mda.gov.sg. Customers can also visit the Customer Service Counters on Level 14, unit 22 of Symbiosis. The counters will operate from 8.30am to 5.30pm on weekdays and from 8.30am to 1pm on Saturdays. Customers can continue paying their TV licence fees at any AXS station, post office or online, and through GIRO payment. Licensees can also subscribe for a SMS alert at www.myecitizen.sg to remind them when their TV licence is due for payment. Advertorial |
