What kind of business advice do EDCs provide?

The 4 EDCs provide general business advice and focused consultancy services. They also provide advice on different areas of specialisation.

I HAVE heard that I can get business advice from Enterprise Development Centres (EDCs). What is the range of services they provide?

There are four EDCs. They are located at the Association of Small and Medium Enterprises (Asme), Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCCI), Singapore Malay Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SMCCI), and Singapore Manufacturers' Federation (SMa).

They all provide general business advice and focused consultancy services. Each EDC also focuses on areas of specialisation, as follows:

EDC@ASME (Association of Small and Medium Enterprises)

Entrepreneurship development
