THE Government has made available a 2.21 ha residential site at Bartley Road for sale.

The 99-year leasehold site is next to the Bartley MRT Circle Line station, and can generate a maximum gross floor area of 61,865 sq m.

It is a new site included in the Government's reserve list of sites for the second half of this year. Developers keen on buying the site can now apply for it to be up for tender by submitting a minimum bid the Government finds acceptable.
