FRASER and Neave Ltd (F&N) has agreed on new transition arrangements with The Coca-Cola Company to extend their business relationship after their current agreement expires in January next year.

Currently, F&N's Malaysian subsidiary bottles, distributes and sells beverage brands from Coca-Cola for the Malaysian market, while Coca-Cola has been doing the same for F&N's line of beverages in Singapore and Brunei.

Under the transition agreement, this relationship will continue for about 20 months after the expiry of the existing contract. There are no plans for this deal to be renewed when it lapses on Sept 30, 2011.
