WHILE visiting banks lately, I noticed that many senior citizens complain of aching legs when queueing.

The few minutes of queueing are not an issue for young people, but poses a problem to the elderly.

I have a few suggestions which I hope banks could adopt:

Have officers help elderly customers with simple ATM transactions

Provide seats at queue areas

Open a priority queue for senior citizens.

Perhaps counters reserved for valued customers could be open to the elderly too.
