User authentication can be achieved in a number of ways, including PIN code entry or employers' ID card numbers to access the device.

This way, the solution promotes a high level of security and print efficiency required in smaller organisations without the need to invest in sophisticated and advanced output management solutions that are beyond their needs and budgets.
