In your case

By Fiona Chan

SO YOU'VE nailed that interview and landed your dream job. The next step: to get a snazzy business card case that can show off all your crisp new namecards.

Nothing says you have made it quite like Prada, which gives a new meaning to 'business class' with its sleek leather cases.
Prices range at about $290 each. Officially, the cases with the triangle logo are for women, while the more understated 'Prada'-stamped ones are for guys - but if you don't tell, we won't either.

If your budget doesn't quite stretch to designer Italian, there are a whole host of other options.

Braun Buffel has a large variety of stylish leather cardholders, mostly in classic black or brown, with its signature bull logo to keep your spirits up in these bearish times. Most ring in at well below $100.

Rugged types can take their pick from the spiffy models in Tumi's selection. Black leather comes edged in red for a subtle, trendy statement.

For an artier look, check out De Stijl's eye-catching range of metal card cases, at $70 each, in decorative designs that will appeal to creative types.

De Stijl products, along with those from Braun Buffel and Tumi, are available at Tangs.

Or go for really cheap chic at Muji, master of minimalism. With prices starting at $2.30 for a simple plastic case and going up to just over $10 for a metal one, there is really no excuse not to carry your cards in style.
