Sembcorp Marine awards $443M deal

SEMBCORP Marine, the world's second-largest oil drilling-rig maker, has awarded a $443.25-million turnkey construction contract for Phase I of its New Yard Development project.

The contract, part of SembCorp's $750-million plan to build a yard in Singapore, was awarded to Zhen Hua Engineering, SembCorp said yesterday.
