SINGAPORE - Sembcorp Marine , the world's second largest oil drilling-rig maker, has awarded a S$443.25 million turnkey construction contract for Phase I of its New Yard Development project.

The contract, part of Sembcorp's S$750 million plan to build a new yard in Singapore, was awarded to Zhen Hua
Engineering, Sembcorp said on Wednesday.
