PROPERTY developers sold 1,207 units of new private homes in April, compared with 1,220 units in March.
They launched 1,083 units in the same month, up from 832 units in March, according to the latest monthly data released by the Urban Redevelopment Authority.
The top-selling projects last month included Mi Casa in Choa Chu Kang and The Arte in Jalan Datoh.
