Are you wondering if your pay package is fair?

Employees now have a way to check how much they are really worth with the newly-launched Instant Salary Checker iPhone app.

Released by global job firm Robert Walters, the app provides users with instant access to pay rates for all professionals. It also allows users to compare their pay for the same position globally.

"People often wonder whether they are paid market rate but our innovative new app - containing data for thousands of jobs globally - means they can find out instantly," said Mark Ellwood, Managing Director of Robert Walters Asia.

The data is based from the Robert Walters Global Salary Survey, and with GPS technology, the user can simply choose their professional discipline and job title to generate their current market rate.
