DAVID HENG CHEN SENG: Appointed non-executive director of Singapore Airport Terminal Services.

He has extensive experience in corporate finance and investment banking, said the company in a statement to the Singapore Exchange.

Mr Heng, 43, is the investment managing director of Temasek Holdings.
