Workplace stress set to rise

THE stress level of Singapore's workers is set to go up as the country battles its worst ever economic downturn.

According to a workplace survey released on Tuesday by human resource specialist, Robert Half, workplace stress level in Singapore will rise to 69 per cent this year.

The other country which will also see a higher stress level - at 71 per cent - is Japan, which is also struggling to climb out of the economic slowdown.
