Refund should include interest

I PAID my NTUC Income insurance premium via cheque in January last year.

The cheque was cleared in the same month. However, a deduction was made from my Medisave account in March last year.

The CPF Board said that the mistake was made as documents had been processed in batches.

But how could a deduction have been made without my authorisation?

NTUC Income said that a cheque for a refund had been sent to me last May. In that same month, I also received an acknowledgement stating that it had received my cheque.

I was never informed by NTUC Income that it had made a mistake.

My refund should also include interest calculated according to the CPF interest rate for that year.
