Bedok residential site sold for $345.9 million

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded the tender for the residential site at Bedok South Avenue 3 to a consortium that submitted the highest bid for the site.

The consortium, which comprises F.E. Lakeside Pte. Ltd., FCL Topaz Pte. Ltd. and Sekisui House Singapore Pte. Ltd., bid $345.9 million for the 28,644.5 sq m site, which has a maximum gross floor area of 60,154 m.

This translates to $5,750.24 psm of GFA for the 99-year leasehold site.

The tender for the residential site was launched on Dec 22 last year and ended last Feb 9.
