THE Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) on Tuesday launched two residential sites for sale.

Up for public tender is a 1.08ha residential site at Woodleigh Close, with a maximum permissible gross floor area of 30,167sqm.

The other is a reserve list site at Upper Thomson Road for residential development.

The Woodleigh Close land parcel is located within an established residential estate and is a short walk away from the Potong Pasir MRT station.

The tender for this site will close at noon on June 24.

The Upper Thomson Road parcel is also located within an established private residential estate and easily accessible via major roads and expressways such as Upper Thomson Road, PIE and CTE.

With a site area of 2.08ha, the residential site will have a maximum permissible gross floor area of 43,758sqm.

Under the government's reserve list system, a site on the reserve list would only be put up for tender if a developer's indicated minimum bid price is acceptable to the government.
