THE Housing Board has put up a condominium housing site in Elias Road in the Pasir Ris area for sale.
The site, which has a 99-year lease, is near Elias Mall, and can be build up to a gross floor area of 42,378.9 sq m.
The site is on the Government's confirmed list, where sites are tendered out on specific dates.
This tender closes on Dec 18.
Nearby, at the freehold 452-unit Ris Grandeur in Elias Road, a 1,109 sq ft unit was sold for $597 per sq ft in September while a 1,356 sq ft unit went for $664 psf in August.
