IT job recruiting service Sapphire Technologies has tapped the popular virtual world website Second Life to extend its market reach.

In its newly-created virtual headquarters there, job-seekers can get career advice, hook up with other IT professionals and interview for new positions. They can even play virtual pool.

Sapphire Technologies is the recently-rebranded IT recruitment division of Select Business Services, which is a part of international staffing services company Vedior.
